Oh the joys of fashion week, seriously I'm pretty sure people spend their entire year planning for this event; if I got the opportunity, I would love to attend and just be in the same kind of fashion crazed atmosphere. How about you guys? What do you think you'd wear? Something Carrie Bradshaw-eque? Or something more classic? I think I'd start with some staple pieces and build in a few pops of color with either accessories or a bold makeup look.

ReplyDeleteI don't think I'd even make it to the fashion show if I went to NY during fashion week, you'd have to drag me out of the restaurants! (Hehe, the stores as well! Ooooh, to do some real shopping!) I think I'd have to go practical outfit wise, it seems like people in NY do a lot of walking and at the end of the day, it really is all about comfort at the end of the day. You'd definitely be the better dressed of the two of us!

I love how you made the outfit have a bit of surprise with those awesome blue jeans! Ooo that would be so fun to go to fashion week :) I've always wanted to go just to see what it's like. Even though that would be so fun to go all out and wear Carrie Bradshaw-esque, I would probably wear something more classic.
