Skulls and Ice

Happy Friday friends, any fun plans for this weekend?

Gray Sparkle Sweater... JC Penny
Skull Top... Ross
Purple Skinnies... F21
Combat Boots... Ross
Geometric Necklace... Ebay
Nail Polish... OPI's I Vant to be a Lonestar

Told ya'll that I'd remix this top, seriously, I can't get enough of it! This winter I've been wearing a vast array of colors that don't seem like the usual pairing, but that's what makes dressing up that much more exciting. The best part is that there is a constant white backdrop, thanks to the snow, allowing my ensembles with their quirky details, to stand out. The only bad part about a wintery runway is that there's always a hidden patch of ice, which I inevitably slip/fall on; hence why most of my heels are staying nice and warm inside my closet this season.

Thank you so much for reading!!

xoxo,
Genie

  5. I love how you remixed this skull print shirt, it looks awesome layered underneath your sweater and with your bright jeans! I just love all the little edgy details in this outfit, you look amazing :) And oh my gosh if there was snow, I would be wearing flat boots too. haha i'm already very clumsy just wearing heels on normal ground...i don't even want to think about wearing heels on ice.

  6. You're proving just how versatile a skull printed blouse can be! (Now if only I could find one...) I love how you paired it with the sweet lilac pants and the sparkly sweater, it's such a sweet but sassy look!

And I hear you about the ice! That stuff has it out for us style bloggers.
