I have a confession to make... I don't get to watch much television, but this season I was itching to catch the Carrie Diaries, which stars AnnaSophia Robb as the young Carrie Bradshaw. I literally fell in love with the kind of attitude and fresh excitement that she has for the NYC; I hope my first experiences will be just as intriguing and inspiring. Perhaps that's why I donned the red lips and higher heels today; if you guys have any favorite brands of lip products, please let me know in the comments below! I was just trying out this color to see if the cooler red would work better against my skin tone, unfortunately, the quality wasn't what I was expecting and some color did bleed outside of my lip line as the day continued. I did use some lip liner before applying, but do ya'll have any other tips or tricks? Rain down your drops of makeup wisdom upon me!

That lace cardigan is sooo pretty and I love your heels :) I am so excited for that series! I haven't started it yet but i'm planning to this weekend. By the way, I love the bright lip color.
ReplyDeleteLook at you and your red lips! (Red lipstick looks amazing on you btw.) I found the L'Oreal Paris Color Riche Lips Balms a little while ago and I kid you not, they are amazing! They go on really smooth and soft, pack a ton of color and moisturize your lips! They're the best lip product that I've found in a long time, I ended up buying all of their colors because they so wonderful.
ReplyDeleteI haven't seen the Carrie Diaries yet but it looks really fun and I'm excited to see how the shoe is going to tackle 80s fashion. You look quite stylish rocking the red lips and those killer heels that I drool over every time, they looks so sassy with the lace blazer!
